I wanted to see what would happen if I stayed away from gluten for a few day. (checking for gluten intolerance, celiac-fits with my aloepeica, amemia, numbness, and malnutrition-i wasnt digesting protein-low protein on bloodwork-and prob why i lost so much weight)

Not conclusive, b/c I have rheum appt next week and I dont want to mess with test results, so I couldnt do the fast for long, BUT- I got a yeast infection. the only yeast infection I have gotten in the last 15 years was once, last year, from super strong Antibiotics .

So, is the yeast in my body attacking the gluten (hehe-making bread in my intestines) and when i took the gluten away it went elsewhere for its meal? I think this is very significant. Just not sure why.

I did notice that within an hour after eating gluten for the 1st time in 3 days I got very irritable and noticed a few minor physical changes. not sure if this is relevant or coincidental.

thoughts? anyone here have celiac?
