By the time you have MCS, the stress of a Liver Flush is not likely to be a good idea.

The same thing and much more can be accomplished much more gently and safely by following the ideas at the Ask Moreless forum.

I did Liver Flushes and much of the other things commonly advocated here at CZ for years [ABOUT 15] with no sustained or significant improvement. In fact, repeated liver flushed made me MUCH WORSE!!!!!

After a bit over two years using the ideas at Ask Moreless, I am much better in many ways, not just less chemically sensitive!

I hope for your sake you will follow my advice and try it out!

BTW, this was the cheapest thing besides being the most effective.
