I just finished reading "Colon Health" by Norman W. Walker. Did any of you read it? I learned a lot of interesting things. I was never a big fan of enemas and such, but after reading this i'll have to try one soon. Actually, he talks about every organ in this book, not just the colon. I was really suprised when i read Chapter-8, when he talks about male sexuality. Conserve your sperm, lol. I guess he knows what he's talking about, look how long he lived.
