Hi,

I was wondering if the no sugar no carb diet causes hair loss ? I have IBS, Hair loss, Hormone imbalance,itchy rashes, brain fog , poor memory ....and plenty more symptoms.
I have been taking treatments form a ND who has put me on candida diet , but stopped the anti fungals and other supplements after an episode of horrendous bleeding and pain ( I have endometriosis and hypothyroid,though lab tests are normal).

I have been eating mostly
protein( eggs , beans ,peas,lentils)
vegetables, less sugary fruits, green apples berries etc , nuts seeds ,no coffee , no sugar and no carbs for 2 1/2 months .

Could you please tell me whats is worng with this program ?Why am I losing more hair after cleaning up my lifestyle ?
Is this diet worng for me ?
