Take Spirulina 500mg 5 pills twice a day and take Pau D'Arco 1:1 liquid extract (not capsules)as much as you need during the obs of genital herpes. Also,it's very important to get a good sleep every night and avoid stress, nervousness.  Valtrex is bad for lever,you will find out as long as you take it.
