Actually it looks like this is the problem here. There is no better explanation for the urine not becoming clearer and the diarrhea not stopping even over a 2-weeks urine/water fast.

In case of organic disease, I would think anyone's best bet is to do a urine fast of maximum length (until hunger returns).
