I appreciate you posting since so often
it is some of the seemingly simplest
herbs that are most effective. I include
cayenne and cinnamon in this list. Very
recently I made the second trip to my
local health food store trying to buy
cinnamon in bulk. I buy Vietnamese which
is particularly potent and popular among
the healing crowd. They have been out and
when they get it in it goes out within a
day or so. I finally put my name on a
list to be called and will reserve a share
for myself next time. I would recommend
getting a good cinnamon which has not
been irradiated. The Vietnamese I buy
runs just under 18 bucks a pound.
