Thanks Fledging. I have the cleanses and 2nd package in the fridge, in a seal tight container, and brought the other one upstairs so I could take my 1st dosage of extra strong this morning. I made the tea, just need some cheese cloth to strain. I'm all set here. I felt a warmth inside when I took the dosage this morning. Almost like a heartburn, but not nearly as bad. It was fine, just a sensation. I am taking the cleanses along with the humaworm, but my only problem is that you have to take 5 at bedtime!! With all the water, I will be up peeing all night. Maybe it absorbs a lot of the water you drink along with it, so hopefully I'll be ok.
