It came to me as I was asking Allah for guidance. I hope everyone is starting to stock up on all food, food and
herbs.

You need to have a good 6 month supply of everything. If the flu does hit, you will not be able to go outdoors and mingle with people. You will have to stay indoors and exist with what you have.

A garden is a good ideal so have fresh veggies at your doorstep. Freeze eggs as they will be available to you. NO the yolks do not freeze good but they are good to mix in batters with. Have a supply of good quality mask. I have 30 stored from the last flu scare. Have plenty of olive leaf, black seed, and all herbs that will be needed to get well. The other thing I want to suggest is olive oil and zatar blend. It is easy to exist on. Zatar blend is dried oregano with sesame, sumac, and salt mixed. So with the simplist of bread you can survive on and be healthy. Ok, put that on my list. Have plenty of water stocked. You should stock on things like rice, and beans and can goods. Keep in mind that it is possible that there will be no electricity or gas as the people will be sick so keep in mind how you will cook.

I think it is important not to panic but to be prepared. I think a smart camper would always want to have extra in his home and a smart camper would always want to be ready for the worse scenario. So if the flu doesn't hit your area, you just have a whole lot of food and you can have a neighborhood party. hehehhehe

Take care and always be ready.
