I had a b12 injectiong and didn't notice any difference in my symptoms. I also took lots of b12 supplements and never felt a difference. But when I changed to the methylcobalamin form of b12, I got changes for the better. If the shots don't work, you can always give it a try. There are other brands out there besides aor products.
