Hello,
Here's the basic coffee recipe:
3 Tbs. ground coffee (preferably organic)
3 cups water (pure/filtered)
- Put coffee in pot first, then add water. Stir w/fork or something to be sure coffee grinds are wet.
- Bring to boil and let boil rapidly for 3 minutes (w/out lid)
- Reduce heat and cover with lid. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let cool a bit and add 1 cup cold water or ice cubes to bring to luke warm temperature.
- I let it set for a bit and don't strain it. I just pour off the coffee into a container. At the very bottom, when you're closer to the grinds, you can use a strainer if you want.
- It is important to boil rapidlythe coffee because this releases oils.
- You may want to add some liquid minerals to the luke warm coffee, as coffee enemas can bring down your minerals (i.e. Mineral Research, Trace Minerals). Can also use molasses.
- You should be sure to drink fresh juice...i.e. carrot and spinach to also add back some minerals.
If you want to do a series of coffee enemas, you can make coffee concentrate: 1 cup coffee, in 3 cups water. Prepare the same way, but then add only a little coffee concentrate (up to 1 cup) to your warm water. Put rest in fridge for use later.
HTH.
In good health,
KarenMarie
