Not a danger....but a strong suggestion...make sure that your bowels are moving well and regularly before you embark on coffee enemas. If you have a lot of congestion in your colon the coffee enema will result in your liver dumping a lot of toxins that are unable to rapidly exit the body and they get re-absorbed only to end up back in the liver. There is no danger to this...they are the same toxins...but it can make you feel really crummy.
You will need an enema bag because you really need to do a plain water enema immediately before you do a coffee enema so that you can 'hold' the coffee as directed. When you do a coffee enema you don't use a full bag...only a couple of cups (can't remember the exact directions). You also don't want to get the coffee up as far as possible...there is a specific area that the coffee needs to rest in order to absorb and go where it will do its job...see the links a few threads below on coffee enemas.
