Hi Maddie

Read the 'R' enema links I gave below. Apparently one should only do a coffee enema, tops, once a week. There are a million other types of enemas too...also in my post.

I do not know about the 'fleet' nozzle thingy....maybe Ptree will be able to answer that question for you. (hope so!)
