You are right about the B3 because from me thinking and going through meds & supplements that I tried before it did not work for me. It did have that burning and itching sensation that's why I stopped using it. I will only continue taking my Vitamin D, Iron, Calcium with D 100mg, a Multivitamin and Lactulose 40mg (Bowel Movement) along with Dr. Mist and eating the right foods and washing with Dead Sea Secrets Salt Soap Daily. I'm done buying any new products, I will continue to stay with what is working for me!!
