Today is day nine of both juice fasting and taking IF#2. I had what I would say with confidence is mucoid plaque come out, in my second BM of the day. Before this I had stuff I wondered could be, but that wasn't very convincing. This piece sank to the bottom, was heavier and also had the bulb-like parts sticking out. I don't know how old this is, but even if its only six months old, I sure would rather it be out of me than in me; and I don't think there was much chance of getting rid of it without taking IF#2 and doing this program. So I'm happy about it, and I encourage everyone to get on board with IF's #1 and 2! I had posted earlier about sluggish bowels, maybe this will be a breakthrough for me. It certainly motivates me to try to get all the five or six doses of IF#2 in each day.
