What does the Body Ecology diet consist of, beside soups and cultured food? Beside sauerkraut, what other cultured veggies do you eat?

For about the first year and a half of my battle against candida, I would have severe bloating whenever I strayed from the anti-candida diet. The smallest amount of carb food would blow up my stomach. A brown rice cake, a small handful of walnuts -- they all caused me grief.

Finally, as I start the third year of this diet, I am seeing results. No more bloating. Almost no vaginal or anal itching -- unless I cheat on the diet. No more herx reactions. But I still have persistant thrush.

Onward and upward!
