Do you have Cutler's book on "Hair Test Interpretation, finding hidden toxicities"?

Zinc was high on his hair analysis test (220 Ref. 130-200)

What is it that is out of balance when it says:
Cd is what?
Zn/Cd (999 Ref <800)
