Now L I have till Tuesday to give an answer! I will know after yoga class this has become clear to me. I am seeing colors and very energetically tuned-I love this state...the colors are good enough to taste.

Just a stillness, a waiting

I have books in the bed again -I am behind in a class and I missing some of the benefits by being in the furture and not firmly planted in the present
