I got "hit" with an emotional whammy earlier this evening and I am having the toughest time calming down again. Emotional healing is a large part of my healing protocol and I got my feet knocked out from under me. I got deeply hurt.

I am fine. I will "make it." I'm doing St. John's Wort, Nerve Sedative, EFT, prayer, meditation, and I'm about to soak in the tub for some "Calgon" time. But sometimes even Superheroines get into a pickle and need a helping hand.
