Yeah, that's what I was getting at.

I have a Jack Lalaine juicer and make juice with it, but what is the difference between apple juice and apple cider? Is there anything particular about "cider" that would take an extra step past simply juicing the entire apple?

From what I understand, we are drinking the apple cider for the malic acid; correct?
