So guys, who did you have do the treatment on you? From what I read you have to have someone do it for you like the wrapping you up part, ect..

My husband read the instruction for the cold sheet treatment and said, No way am I going to torture you like that!You are taking these natural cures too far....."

Oh well I have allot to do before all that anyways.
