I'm no expert. But, Uny always say Cayenne for the bleeding. And if the ES haven't cleaned you out, and if you don't have enough energy for the Coffee-Enema (Kelly's Pre-Flush), then just do some water enemas until you feel like you've expelled everything. It sounds like you had stirred up some critters. You don't want them staying inside of you, it'll cause a lot of discomfort. The head aches are probably die-off symptoms.
