I totally agree with your posts.

This comment taken from your last one I also agree with............

From my studies of the New Testament in years gone by it is written that Christ did eat fish along with bread (mind you, not a good combination....protein with starch)...........just kidding!!!

I recollect that he did eat red meat as well if my memory serves me correctly as in kosher meat.
Correct me someone if I am wrong on this.

I am still of the firm opinion that a predominantly plant-based diet is the best (not necessarily vegan) with the addition of some meat.

I thought Mouseclicks post in response was also very good and informative.
Where on earth does he find the time for all that research? The rising star of the forums in the making since he joined, which is great.
More power to you Mouseclick for keeping everyone on their toes.
