I also started to have anxiety and panic attacks after about a year and a half of having Mirena. Mine would come the first day of my period, and at ovulation. I've had the Mirena out for almost a year now, and its gotten much better I'm not 100%, but 90% better I'd say. I'd recomment getting the Mirena out ASAP before it gets worse, and takes longer to recover from.
