The tiredness and fatigue are horrible-right there with you! I could have slept 12 hours and still wanted to go back to bed. and yes, when I did, I usually could not fall back to sleep. :(
Have you been checked for anemia? If your b-12 was low prior to insertion, that could be very relevant. Also, if you have any history of autoimmune disease-there are many- that would also be relevant. One of the things I keep reading is there is usually a "trigger" -often chemical-that starts the problems or causes flare-ups of these illnesses. One of the mechanisms of Mirena is to do just that-it causes an intentional inflammation of the uterus in reaction to a "foreign object". I am pretty sure that I am going through a "flare-up" right now. (judging from the big bald spot on my head, and extreme exhaustion). Most of my hormone related side effects seem to have subsided.
Everything else you are describing are also side effects. My husband is VERY happy to be snipped, lol. My extreme mood swings went away almost immediately when I had it out.
Good Luck!
