There isn't any viable reason against the practice either. Too much woo-woo and scare tactics here.

First off the amount of phosphoric acid ingested is small, second you drink it in a quart of apple juice, third through a straw and fourth rinse mouth and brush.

As for the mere 8 ounces of coke the flush night, how is that going to harm anyone in the least?

The reason people flush is to clean the liver from years and years of accumulation. These things do no harm other than to a purist viewpoint.

And where in the world did you get the idea that coke is mercury laden?

The products such as sodas, coffee, tea, etc,etc over years and years is a destructive element not doing a procedure that helps. Obviously the coke and phosphoric acid method is very popular and people have great success using them so where's the beef?

Also I see no harm in using Chinese bitters, CGC, etc but some people may have issues hormonally with them. I say do whatever works best for you. And using coke and phosphoric acid for the flush does no harm.
