Best dietary advice I have found is at the Curezone forum Ask Moreless!!!

Vegetarian diets are very good for some body/blood types, but not for all.

More important than the vegan to omnivore decision is knowing what makes food adequately nutritious and choosing these foods.

Also important to know how NPN is poisoning most of our food supply!
