You are correct. Enemas, colonics, laxatives, after a while, will deplete good bacteria from your bowels. Make sure that you replenish your good bacteria by taking orally bifidus and acidophilus or by eating yogurt and/or kefir. You can also take a small acidophilus enema or an yogurt enema.
