After years on a lacto-vegetarian diet I came to the conclusion that (as did Mouseclick) that we are omnivores.

Healing and cleansing comes thru a plant-based diet as this is less taxing on our digestive processes, and although meat (organic and grass fed beef) can be a part of our diet, there is also the moral issue in the consumption of meat.........

If the foodstuffs used to feed cattle for human consumption were otherwise utilized in feeding the Globally malnourished, it would wipe-out World hunger..........in one fell swoop.

Do meat-eaters have a moral conscience?

Eating meat is one thing, but eradicating World hunger is another.
