Yes, I do a lot, have too. I did the flush that Hulda Clark recommends,I have never tried any variation. Although, I am considering the coke flush. I don't do any apple juice for fear of bringing back the Candida issue. This flush was just really strange because after 4 years I really expected to be sick. I awoke feeling great and have felt great all day. The problem is I am not eliminating much of anything. I even did a coffee enema and nothing. I guess I will try another in 2 weeks depending on how it goes from here.
