If you are starting to feel flu-like symptoms, I would suggest NOT increasing the number of drops - either stay level or miss a day. It's not a race - if you're taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to improve chronic conditions, it's best to go slowly. Otherwise, as many have found, they get "put off" by their experience.
