This article list's the acid/alkaline foods as you propose.
You ask if I have read MLs forum, well I have and find that the diet one speaks of is insufficient in his opinion for he has added pickling lime water to enhance the balance I believe, can you explain why?
When I ask him and pointed out some danger he banned me so ended any explanation.

I have not used my question to bring augument about MLs actions but I am left without a clear answer.
In your post regarding ph testing on oneself I'm still left a bit up in the air but I will re-read your post until it sinks into me completely.
