Okay I definitely will do one as soon as my freakin period is over! Sigh. It started the day I started fasting.(Mon.) so I think that's why I gave in to that cookie been feeling emontional ect... (or at least its a nice excuse, ha, ha)

I also will investigate as I already investigate my poo's with IF#1 already!!! Just can't help myself, I need to know! I have so many ideas of what to add to my water, hmmm what to try first, I vote coffee!(hopefully I can resist the urge to drink it and just put it in the bag with out drinking a tiny sip before.)
