Yep. I do it all the time now. It's sooo much easier and I don't get sick during the day like I do at night. I think sleeping with all that old bile and toxins that get released at night is a VERY bad idea. Anyways - I do the first epsoms, then 2 hrs. later the oil/grapefruit, then make sure you wait about 3 or 4 hrs. to start with the Epsom Salts again. It always works out really well for me.
