Not sure why you're looking at only whey, what you should be looking for is raw milk (unpasteurized). You want ALL the milk, not just the whey imo.

(Pasteurized) milk is a problem for most people Candida, not as bad as Sugar but not great. I know it was a problem for me.

Raw milk can help your body quite a bit and I take it every day now with no Candida problems.
