Thank you. I agree with you about finding a partner! I wish I could find someone else who would do it with me- I just don't know anyone who will commit to it. Last night I told my family what I was going to do. I said that I probably wouldn't be sitting down for dinner with them (at least not in the beginning) and my husband said that that was rude. I told him that I need everyone's support and he softened. I told him he might even need to cook for a few nights and he gets it.
I am trying to motivate myself- we don't have a juicer yet. If I go a whole week on juice (store-bought) I will get a juicer. I feel guilty about drinking the processed juice but it has to be better than a SAD diet, right? Do you find it helpful to give yourself external motivations like that or not? Sometimes I need a little something "extra" to get myself going.
