Your question: I am concerned about bromine in seaweed displacing iodine at the thyroid receptors. Some people think that if a seaweed contains enough bromine, it can actually suppress thyroid function. Anyone know where i can get info about iodine:bromine ratios for certain varieties of kelp and other seaweeds?

If it comes from warm waters near Human pollution wouldn't it make Common Sense that it may be More Polluted?

Don't more folks live where it is warmer and have their Industrial complexes in warmer areas, thus Polluting these warmer ocean waters?

Where has Common Sense gone to in man?
