Well, after a sucession of false/failed starts, I have made it to day three of my water fast.

I am anxious for the hunger to go away, as they say it will and it is especially difficult because I do have to prepare food for others, no getting away from that!

I am determined to give this fast my 100%.

Noticing already many emotions surfacing and memories of things/events/people that I haven't thought about in years.

My muscles are a bit sore today, but I am not sure if that is from the fast or more likely from doing spring gardening yesterday!
