Hi Gina,
How much Borax does it take to get 30 mg of Boron? Do you put it in capsules or do you dissolve in water like folks dissolve Epsom Salts for the liver flush? I would like to try the Borax, but have no idea where to start. Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you.
