Take your charcoal either right after or even mix it with your IF#2 if you're taking it (and you should :-D). Best taken either 30 min before or after a meal either with water followed by another glass of water, or stirred in juice followed by a glass of water. Take the charcoal 5-6 times a day, just like IF#2. GREAT stuff.

Order your coffee enema stuff from S A Wilson's. The "official" coffee used by Gerson clinics. A 5 lb bag will last you a good while.

Don't mess with those "douche bags." Get an enema kit from S A Wilson's when you order your coffee.

It is SO MUCH EASIER to do enemas with this little bucket. You can refill it without having to stop, you can do any kind of an enema with it, it's easy to clean, and with a bag you never know if you got it all the way cleaned out. Gross. The thing is only about $6 and it will become your little healing friend. lol
