If one of them may be overwhelmed by what is for them TMI at present, actually using a refractometer is easier and more immediate payoff.

Then they can learn the details later if and when they become able and interested.

Should have probably added a thanks for doing the research and sharing. Folks like you, WIEL, Grz, share a lot of good stuff that many of us would have neither the time nor inclination to find!!!
