Awwwwh you precious thing, that DOES suck! I don't know of ANYthing suckier that "doing the right thing" and then feeling awful. Hugs all around - or not, if you don't want to be touched (lol).
I agree with Naturalgirl. Green veggies (dark like Kale especially) are incredibly detoxing...and like she said, too much wheatgrass juice too fast (without building up to it) consistently puts everybody in the bathroom worshipping "ye old porcelain god"
If you feel like taking it, a heaping TABLESPOON of IF#2 will go a LONG way towards soothing and soaking up the toxins. And ginger root tea is one of the strongest anti-nausea things we have in our natural arsenal (peppermint can also be VERY soothing and anti-nausea).
Also burdock (root or leaves?) - either is STRONGLY detoxifying (liver, lymph, all over the place). This one could also be a culprit. Radish is a strong liver detoxifier.
I suggest you "lighten it up" and then work back up to the strong detoxers. Lots of yummy fruits, light greens (like the celery), some carrot (mixed with the others)...and don't hesitate to dilute your juices with some water. We also put 1/3 of cup of water (more or less) with every pint of juice (some folks choose to dilute theirs up to 50% to start out, or if they have 'sugar issues').
You've just had a LOT of detoxifiers and a lot of rich nutrients. There's a VERY good chance that cayenne will knock out the headache (I prefer tincture for headache, but any top-hot powder will work). Also some folks do really good with peppermint for headaches.
Here's the good news - with a bit of adjustment to the juice combos, I'm just sure as I can be that you won't have to continue feeling like this when juice fasting! Just bundle up in tons of comforters/quilts, have some soothing tea, and flip-off the Powers That BE for poisoning this planet SO badly that we all to deal with this huge 'learning curve' when detoxing.
Blankets of blessings -
