Just saw your post as I was leaving but just want to give you a hug and say I KNOW what your going through! I am in the same boat as well as today is my first "official" day as well. My symptoms are mostly major bloat/painful cramps and "explosions". I feel very "stuck" up there and I have taken 6 1F#1 sooo I can definitely relate when symptoms make you feel icky. keep a low profile with the hubbies as they can be worry warts! LOL! Right now I am doing a carrot/apple/ginger combo and then a carrot/parsley/spinach combo with Superfood. Believe me Superfood helps it taste better!!
