Just want to add that I am detoxing as well and expereincing most of the above mentioned symptoms. I hope I can make it through it as I don't have anyone to talk about it with and sometimes you just have too, ya know what I mean? My husband and friends/family isn't into this type of thing so journaling is a way if you are in the same boat as me and need to "get it out."
