I found an old curezone post about someone in Australia that took 30 mg doses. Is this the standard, and, how much is 30 mg? Are we talking a tsp or one OO (Olive-Oil) capsule, or what? Please help.

Are there any contraindications to using borax for one's boron requirement, other than autism?
