I,ve just left some other forums. pg 82 or 81. I have read that many are having their symptoms subside for a while and then come back. That scares me too. Others have said they went through a couple/few cycles before they started to lose the feelings of anxiety. Hang in there and good for you for treating yourself. Maybe a vacation at the beach would help:)
