Healing,
Thanks so much for your loving and healing message and thoughts. Most appreciated. I am feeling better now. I was feeling really down for a few days.
Its trial and error. I found I must slow the weaning process down a little bit.
I KNOW I am healing and I must Honor the process and listen to my body and my inner guidance.

Thanks again for being there. Your an integral part of this forum.
