well...i've taken that poor man's test and am pos for sensitivity to fumes, perfume, etc.
so, i think i'll lower the dose of dmsa and work my way up and get some niacinimide and b2....b2 was already suggested somewhere. good for brain.
i don't know why my nights are so hard. liver, brain, both?
i sometimes get intense pressure, swelling in brain where i feel my brain pulsing. and it hurts...i just took a nap and that helped and going in 4 accupuncture later.
i'm such a complicated case, i guess. it seems i have many layers of stuff which is compounded by a sluggish liver. even though it is working better with all the Coffee-Enema i'm doing.my primary concern is the heavy metal because that has made me a good environment for parasites, candida as you already know.

have i told you two how grateful i am to you? well, i am and can't stop saying it....
thankful that there are people like you who care enough to pass it on...
