but can you use zinc and chlorophyll while doing the master cleanse? I read the book and they warned against vitamins and minerals but whenever I get a couple of days in my skin starts to smell like vomit or feces. To make matters worse it doesnt even get on my clothes. I feel like the odor may be coming out of my pores. Im trying the dry skin brushing and twice a day I am using a natural loofah with safeguard soap in the shower. I tried dial but it made me smell way worse and I guess there was no anti bacterial. I had a BO problem before which is why I am doing the cleanse. I had to stop last week because everyone on the subway could smell me and it waws embarressing.
