LOL ..thanks Wings...well sorry but I crashed last night ..

but here is the report

BEWARE as this is graphic...
this morning .. had one solid bowel movement and it had some white things in it that to me looked like worms.. it was about 2 inches long and was almost see through.. there were 2 of em !! OMG. I took a picture but I don't know how good it will be for detail. but anyways.. I also saw some lumps in there that turned out to be stones.... so far that is all that has happened ..I am patiently waiting for more ..lol.. of the good stuff ..I wannna see some action some stones/parastites or something ..I don't want my efforts to have been in vain...

I must be full of them critters.. and its possible I guess that the small dose of tincture I took yesterday killed the ones I saw or maybe the garlic.. but I know theres more and I want em out!! so any suggestions UNY? WINGS? do I need to take the tincture even though it makes me feel weird ? or is there something else I can take?or just keep chuggin down garlic?
anyways I am getting ready to do coffee enema and we will see what that brings out of me...LOL . better out than in thats for sure...
ok well coffee enema produced nothing..so I guess the excitement is over for now ..
Uny if ya want me to send you that pic then I will ..I sure would like to know what that was that I saw for sure..

I am pleased overall with the outcome ..even if I didn't get out many stones.. I at least got out something and in the process I have lost 4 pounds(yay) since yesterday..
I think I may be mildly dehydrated so I am drinking some juice and gonna go about my day ..

sorry you were waiting up on me Wings... I had no idea ..I waited around for a reply for a bit and then went to bed..LOL...
